As a Client Relationship Manager at Streamlined Wealth Planning, my primary responsibilities revolve around establishing and nurturing relationships with our clients. From the moment you step into our office for your initial conversation, I'm there to guide you through the entire process. This involves managing paperwork, coordinating follow-ups, and planning exclusive client events. But my role extends beyond administrative tasks – I'm here to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable.
I've been in the financial services industry for over two decades now, and it's been an incredible journey. I started my career in 2003, interning for an LPL advisor. This opportunity allowed me to gain valuable insight into the business and fostered my love for connecting with people. After completing my degree in Economics from Colorado State University in 2007, I moved to Waddell & Reed. Fast forward to 2018, I joined Ryan McNulty's team as the Client Relationship Manager, and we've since evolved into Streamlined Wealth Planning.
What I love most about my job is the people and the relationships we build. Each day brings new conversations, new adventures, and new stories from our clients. There's a unique joy in watching people pursue their goals and start doing all the things they dreamt of when they retired. It's incredibly fulfilling to know that no two days will ever be the same in this role. In my position, I believe that the greatest value I can provide for our clients is my commitment to timely service, helpfulness, kindness, and compassion. It's these qualities that not only shape the service we provide but also define our relationships with clients.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the office, I reside in my hometown of Fort Collins, Colorado. I share my life with my husband, Erik, our two children, Bellamie and Asher, and our adorable dog, Remi. In my free time, you'll often find me spending quality time with my family, riding bikes, venturing into the mountains, working out, or exploring local breweries.
