Who We Help
Who You Will Be Working With
Ryan McNulty, CFP®
Founder And President
As a seasoned Wealth Advisor at Streamlined Wealth Planning, I've specialized in financial planning and investment guidance for the past 19 years. I take pride in being one of the founding members of the firm, currently serving as the lead advisor to many of our clients. Before establishing Streamlined Wealth Planning, I was honing my skills in the financial services industry at Waddell & Reed. My career path, however, began at Colorado State University, where my interest in markets and investments first took root. I was fascinated by the concept of making money work for you, and I've made it my mission to help clients understand and utilize this principle.
My story began in Greeley, Colorado, where I was born and raised. I graduated high school early and attended Colorado Mountain College and had the best snowboarding season of my life in Steamboat. I completed my degree at Colorado State University with a degree in Business Administration-Finance. I remain actively involved in the CSU alumni association and CSU Athletics, cherishing the memories and relationships I've built there.
What motivates me most is the opportunity to help our clients work towards their financial dreams. There's nothing quite like the feeling of helping someone pursue something they thought was impossible through meticulous planning. I believe that the greatest value I can provide to my clients is financial clarity and foresight, both of which are instrumental in navigating the complex world of finance.
On a personal note, I'm married to my high school sweetheart, Marissa, and we're blessed with two wonderful children, Raegan and Declan. My family is my greatest source of inspiration, and they drive my passion for helping other families prepare for their financial journey in life. When I'm not busy charting financial courses for my clients, I enjoy spending my free time indulging in outdoor activities. Fly fishing, golfing, camping, hiking, traveling, and hunting are some of my favorite pastimes.
Megan Frahm
Wealth Advisor
As a Wealth Advisor at Streamlined Wealth Planning, I've been working in the financial services industry for 14 years. My journey began in banking, then I transitioned to Waddell and Reed, where I spent nine enriching years. For the past three years, I've been with LPL, helping clients navigate their financial paths. In 2015, I earned the Accredited Wealth Management Advisor® (AWMA®) designation, further enhancing my ability to provide comprehensive wealth management advice to my clients. Prior to beginning my career, I attended the University of South Dakota.
What motivates me most in my role is the interaction with clients and the satisfaction of seeing them hit their life goals. For me, it's not just about the rate of return on investments. It's about understanding what their money does for them, whether it's allowing them to take a special vacation, purchase a dream home, or adopt a non-traditional retirement approach that lets them experience life on their terms. A large part of this involves ensuring that clients fully comprehend the implications of their financial actions.
I firmly believe that money is a necessity of life and holds importance for everyone. Yet many people shy away from learning more about financial management for various reasons. That's why I make it a priority to meet clients where they are at and educate them throughout the financial planning process.
Away from work, I'm a Nebraska native currently living in Fort Collins, Colorado with my husband, Mike, our daughter, Amelia, our son, Max, and Winnie our Berne doodle. Outside of work, my life is largely guided by my kids. I love being involved in their school and activities, and I'm passionate about contributing to my community on many levels. I'm very family-and-friends-oriented and enjoy indulging in artistic, crafty activities in my spare time.
Courtney Bradshaw
wealth advisor
As a Wealth Advisor at Streamlined Wealth Planning, I work closely with clients to help bring clarity, organization, and confidence to their financial lives. I especially enjoy guiding clients as we align their goals, investments, and long-term plans.
Before joining Streamlined Wealth Planning, I worked alongside another LPL affiliated Advisor based in Missouri. Over the course of 14 years, I worked as an assistant and later as a Wealth Manager for clients in Colorado, Missouri, Wyoming, and Indiana. Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience in accounting and quality assurance, building a strong foundation in detail-oriented analysis and process-driven work that continues to benefit my clients today.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Finance, from the University of Northern Colorado (Go Bears!) and completed the University of Georgia Certified Financial Planner™ Certification Education Program in 2009. My passion for finance began early, shaped by growing up in South Dakota where conversations about earning, managing, and growing money were part of everyday life. Surrounded by family members involved in farming and agriculture, I observed firsthand how financial decisions from equipment purchases to land sales and crop timing could impact livelihoods for so many. That early exposure sparked a lifelong interest in investing and financial planning, leading me to open my first investment accounts at age 18 and ultimately pursuing a career in financial advising.
What motivates me most is guiding clients through the big step of sitting down to “get their ducks in a row.” I particularly enjoy managing retirement accounts and ensuring IRAs are invested thoughtfully and efficiently, something I love almost as much as coffee! I truly value the opportunity to listen to each client’s unique life story and understand that no two financial journeys are the same.
Away from work, I am a South Dakota native that enjoys living in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. I love that Fort Collins still feels like a small town but is big enough to have all the amenities and opportunities our family wants. My husband and I have two high schoolers, and we share our home with the true star of the family, our golden doodle named Gary. Our family loves Colorado, you can find us hiking in the summer, following the high school marching band in the fall, and skiing in the winter. I am also actively involved in my community, serving on a meal train committee that provides homemade meals to those in need and supporting the high school marching band as a member of its Food Crew.
Andrea Broman
Client Relationship Manager
As a Client Relationship Manager at Streamlined Wealth Planning, my primary responsibilities revolve around establishing and nurturing relationships with our clients. From the moment you step into our office for your initial conversation, I'm there to guide you through the entire process. This involves managing paperwork, coordinating follow-ups, and planning exclusive client events. But my role extends beyond administrative tasks – I'm here to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that your experience with us is smooth and enjoyable.
I've been in the financial services industry for over two decades now, and it's been an incredible journey. I started my career in 2003, interning for an LPL advisor. This opportunity allowed me to gain valuable insight into the business and fostered my love for connecting with people. After completing my degree in Economics from Colorado State University in 2007, I moved to Waddell & Reed. Fast forward to 2018, I joined Ryan McNulty's team as the Client Relationship Manager, and we've since evolved into Streamlined Wealth Planning.
What I love most about my job is the people and the relationships we build. Each day brings new conversations, new adventures, and new stories from our clients. There's a unique joy in watching people pursue their goals and start doing all the things they dreamt of when they retired. It's incredibly fulfilling to know that no two days will ever be the same in this role. In my position, I believe that the greatest value I can provide for our clients is my commitment to timely service, helpfulness, kindness, and compassion. It's these qualities that not only shape the service we provide but also define our relationships with clients.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the office, I reside in my hometown of Fort Collins, Colorado. I share my life with my husband, Erik, our two children, Bellamie and Asher, and our adorable dog, Remi. In my free time, you'll often find me spending quality time with my family, riding bikes, venturing into the mountains, working out, or exploring local breweries.
Marissa McNulty
Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager at Streamlined Wealth Planning, my primary responsibilities revolve around ensuring the firm runs smoothly. I take care of the behind-the-scenes tasks, allowing our Wealth Advisors to focus on their clients' financial well-being. I obtained my degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing in 2006 from Colorado State University. This educational background has equipped me with a broad understanding of business operations and marketingwhich I apply daily in my role. My key set of skills add immense value to the Streamlined Wealth Planning team. By taking care of administrative tasks, I free up our team to spend more time with their clients, managing investments, and providing valuable financial education.
What motivates me in this role is seeing our clients celebrate significant life moments, like retirement or embarking on new ventures. Being married to an advisor, I had the opportunity to learn financial literacy firsthand. I understand that not everyone has this advantage, and I find great satisfaction in making financial well-being attainable for families and women who might not know where to start or what questions to ask.
When it comes to my job, I most enjoy helping people. Talking about money can be uncomfortable for many, and I'm proud that our team creates a caring and supportive environment for our clients. Hearing from clients that our plans have positively impacted their lives is incredibly rewarding. I believe that the greatest value I can provide for our clients confidence and security for life's adventures. Knowing they have a solid financial plan allows them to confidently navigate whatever comes their way.
Away from the office, I'm a native of Greeley, Colorado, and currently live in Fort Collins, Colorado with my husband and high school sweetheart, Ryan, and our two children, Raegan and Declan. Outside of work, I'm an active member of our kids' PTA board and love spending time with my family and friends. I'm a fervent supporter of CSU athletics and enjoy snowboarding and traveling.
